    Project Chataika

People found a blog called Project Chataika, where the documentary maker Tom Newell is posting videos from his time in Chataika, documenting Nadirah’s work to build a library for the village’s kids. In one video, Tom and Nadirah argues how they should handle what they heard from Ann Marie, and her murder kidnapping. Nadirah decides to go to a police station in Lusaka to report the crime.

    Framed for murder

Through a series of CCTV videos leaked by the mysterious Spades, we piece together what happens when Nadirah reaches Lusaka. At the station, she reports the gunshot - only to find that the sheriff has a deal with Blackwell Briggs. He threws Nadirah a gun and explains to her that she is now wanted for murder.

    The Escape

In an unknown series of events, Nadirah regained control over the situation. She ran as fast as she could until she reached the road, where a passing driver was kind enough to pick her up. In the sheriff’s office she saw evidence of the contract that could save the village, but she could not get her hands on it.

    The Link

Understanding her calling, Nadirah took off for London. Marcus set up a system so that she can communicate safelywith the people on Conspiracy For Good’s website. Direct contact is too dangerous, but video encrypted and hidden within Blackwell Briggs’ own system is safe.

    Chased

Blackwell Briggs "Jacks", operatives and agents are looking for Nadirah everywhere. She follows a lead given to her by the people on Conspiracy For Good and met up with a man called "Knight."

Knight gives Nadirah a fake passport - and the contract! Nadirah can now continue on her journey...

    Room to Read

In the midst of causes and direct action activism on the Conspiracy For Good website, one cause stood out. Room to Read was building a library in the village of Chataika in Petauke in Eastern Zambia.

    The Pipeline

A video was leaked to us by a hacker by the pseudonym ”Spades”. The video shows David Nsofu, an employee of Blackwell Briggs, standing in the village of Chataika, Zambia. Apparently he is staking out an oil-pipeline, to be built, straight through a school and the foundation for a new library.

    Videos from Ann Marie

The Conspiracy For Good eventually decrypted Ann Marie’s letter, using keys hidden in her songs. They unveiled a secret account on x0l, full of videos that had been automatically uploaded from Ann Marie’s phone. It seemed she had gone down to Zambia to intervene. She was looking for a woman by the name of Nadirah, supposedly holding information on a contract that could hurt Blackwell Briggs, and save the village.

    Nadirah

Just as she finally meet up with Nadirah, Ann Marie is intercepted. Nadirah is left with the mission to save Chataika and stop Blackwell Briggs. It was too late for Ann Marie, but if Nadirah could bring the contract to London - Blackwell Briggs would have no choice but to leave the land be. We see Ann Marie for the last time. As she leaves, a loud gun shot echoes over the village and she is taken away in a car.

    Marcus

When hope was low, with confusion, a new video finally appeared in the Conspiracy For Good blog. Apparently a backup administrator of the site was was cut of from the others, and for his safety, he was going to run and hide in Thailand.

    The Press release

Marcus had been gone for more then a week and people were getting worried and started e-mailing him. Marcus responded with a video, posted on the blog and on YouTube. It seemed that Blackwell Briggs had put out a press release, framing him and Pegbox for trafficking charges. Blackwell Briggs had picked up Marcus’ scent and began searching for him in Bangkok. Meanwhile, Marcus were given a letter that had been left behind by Ann Marie in the case that she wouldn’t report in. He decided it was time to head back to Europe.

    I'm not a member

April 2009, a website showing people denying being members of an undisclosed organisation. Known faces, such as Ringo Starr, Joss Stone and Robert Knepper were lined up next to rock bands and regular people from all over the world. At the bottom of the page was a counter, counting down to the 10th of May. Why did they all feel the need to deny their membership?

    Ann Marie

The 10th of May, the thousands of people that had signed up to the imnotamember.com website received an email invite to join the Conspiracy For Good at conspiracyforgood.com. Here the spokesperson Ann Marie, AKA Pegbox, welcomed everyone to a new kind of movement. The site presented The List, a meeting ground for direct action causes and creative people to help each other do good in the world.

    Magpie

Ann Marie encouraged the newcomers at the Conspiracy For Good, to search for "77472" and to go through the crash course initiationcalled Magpie. Entering 7 7 4 7 2 in the search bar on the website, people gained access to a hidden forum, filled with correspondence between the people behind the resistance, from before the site had even gone live. Clicking on a bird that decorated the header revealed the fable of lord Magpie and the Songbirds in the form of an interactive graphic short story. An allegory to an old struggle, of which the newcomers were just about to be made aware.

The face of the enemy, Blackwell Briggs

The Magpie story, filled with puzzles and riddles, revealed a classified lobby video from the multi-national corporation Blackwell Briggs, intended to be eyes only for the British parliament. The video reveals an upcoming bill, legalising private law enforcement and enabling Blackwell Briggs to connect all CCTV-cameras in the UK with software for face recognition, to be compared with governmental records in realtime. It was leaked by the Conspiracy For Good and outraged those who saw the video. People uploaded the video to Piratebay and all over YouTube, making sure that Blackwell Briggs could not cover it up.

    The Re-Edit

Ann Marie and a few of the old guard at the Conspiracy For Good made a video of their own, exposing the true face of Blackwell Briggs - a greedy mammoth, specialising in risk construction in areas where there is war and crisis rages. Making billions out of the suffering of millions of people as their way to success! This video, together with the leaking of Blackwell Briggs’ lobbying piece, shifted the old cold conflict into full gear. The Conspiracy For Good now found itself under attack.

    Hidden codes and the x0l

Suddenly the site went quiet. All the old members of the movement stopped talking, and for two days - the chat and forums were completely silent. Ann Marie had gone into hiding. At the same time, a mobile game was released, which had a logo similar to the one of Conspiracy For Good. Playing it, the game revealed a website, x0l.nu, and a series of mysterious codes. Inserting the codes on the site, unlocked a protected log-book. Going through one hundred audio files, texts and pictures - it became apparent that Blackwell Briggs had made a move, and that the Conspiracy For Good was on the run.
